"Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste."

"The property was a period property with lots of character, it was clean and tidy with excellent staff who went above and beyond. We dined at the restaurant which was amazing!"
