"Yesterday from 9 pm to this morning 9 am there was no water in the room. This means no shower, no brushing teeth and no flashing the toilet . When the water was back this morning , it was impossible to take a shower because not even warmth water. I checked out not being able to shower. I have a long international flight today before reaching my final destination and be able to wash. This has never happened to me . I travel a lot and work in LDC countries. Hotel staff were not honest enough to tell me last night that the water won’t be available until the next morning . This morning none of then mentioned that warm and hot water will be available only after few hours. I request a reimbursement for the night ."

"Room- the sink in our room was dirty, under the counter on the ledge had old tooth paste and make up on it. The toilet made a squeezing noise all night and at 1am it started running and wouldn’t shut off. My family was asleep so I couldn’t call maintenance. The thermostat didn’t work in the room and it was very hot. Luckily we had a balcony and could open the door. However, being downtown, there were a lot of sirens and loud noises. The only reason I booked this hotel is for the waterslides for the kiddos. It was closed the whole time we were there. It closes on Sundays at 1pm… Staff were nice. Great location. "

"The Cambridge Suites is a good value option, especially if you like more room to spread out for work or otherwise. The location is convenient to most downtown offices and attractions. The rooms, although clean, are looking in need of a refresh. The main floor restaurant is no longer open, except for the included breakfast."

"Hotel listing says breakfast is available from 6:30 to 9:00 for a fee. On check-in we were told they provided a voucher for a cafe a block away. We had an early morning so walked to cafe shortly after 6:30 AM only to be told they didn't open until 8:00 AM. Luckily there is an A&W very close to hotel so we had a fast food breakfast. Hotel needs to update their information."
