"Staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with, very polite and helpful. Location is excellent, buffet was good, beds were comfy, amenities, etc. everything was great except it smelled really bad in my room, from day 1 to day 4 it’s like something was coming up through the shower. It smelled the same down in the basement where the gym was too. Not sure why but that was kind of gross. Hopefully just temporary. Everything else was awesome and I would definitely stay here again. "My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was a good size and had a good view over the gardens and river. The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "

Wir unsere 1-jährige Tochter gab es einen Spielplatz und Kinderpool. Das Hotel Restaurant ist super und zusätzlich gibt es viele weitere Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder!"
