"Eclectic hotel consisting of many different buildings, with a nice inner garden area. Our room was noisy, as it was in a major pathway area and had stairs inside the room. Lots of trip hazards at thresholds. "Great hotel at a great location. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly, helpful, and went "over and beyond" to ensure we got everything we needed sorted. Good breakfast buffet. "The reception staff were very welcoming and always happy to help us in any way throughout our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a very comfy bed and we weren’t aware of any noise throughout the night. "What a lovely hotel! We arrived early morning and the amazing staff was nice to check us in before the afternoon. Reception staff were very polite, friendly and professional. We had a room with a terrace as we were upgraded. The room & bathroom were of a good size, we liked the high ceiling, the terrace was great! The only reason why I didn't put 5* is because we felt that the mattress was too soft, otherwise everything else was perfect!! The hotel is 2 tram stops from the Zoo, 20 minutes...
