"Eclectic hotel consisting of many different buildings, with a nice inner garden area. Our room was noisy, as it was in a major pathway area and had stairs inside the room. Lots of trip hazards at thresholds. Be aware most European hotels don't have stand alone showers, which requires you to climb into a rather high tub to take a shower..not many grab handles for securing. "3rd time staying here, perfect location close to the metro and easy to get into Centraal. Rooms are perfect however my only complaint this time is that the cleaning of the room when we arrived wasn’t great. There were loads of eyelash extensions on the floor by the bin and table as well as a lot of dust/crumbs which was slightly disappointing but didn’t affect my stay at all or my opinion of the hotel. It’s 10/10 every time but the cleaning did let them down this time "

"Great hotel at a great location. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly, helpful, and went "over and beyond" to ensure we got everything we needed sorted. Good breakfast buffet. Convenient parking garage on premise (although very narrow so requires some advanced driving and parking skills). Overall we had an amazing experience and will come back again. "

"The reception staff were very welcoming and always happy to help us in any way throughout our stay. "What a lovely hotel! We arrived early morning and the amazing staff was nice to check us in before the afternoon. Reception staff were very polite, friendly and professional. We had a room with a terrace as we were upgraded. The room & bathroom were of a good size, we liked the high ceiling, the terrace was great! The only reason why I didn't put 5* is because we felt that the mattress was too soft, otherwise everything else was perfect!! The hotel is 2 tram stops from the Zoo, 20 minutes...

"This was an amazing place to stay! Quick and easy four minute walk to the metro, direct and into town and the city center yet quiet and clean and in a lovely location.
