"Welcomed by friendly Front Desk member. Enjoyed a cocktail at lounge while waiting for room. Check-in was easy and quick, room clean and one we requested. Stay was very nice. "Staff were very helpful especially carrying our bags to and from our room. The room was very clean and the bed was soft and extremely comfortable. The room was in the basement and there are steps but they are broken up not continuous so weren’t too problematic for some one with slight mobility issues. The music and noise from the bar ended at 11pm and we didn’t experience any noise from outside or other guests. "

"The staff were excellent. Arrived early left luggage. Staff messaged when room was ready. Received message next asjingbif stay going ok. Said room was cold. Came staight away & fixed temp control. Staff excellent. Nothhing too much trouble. Said not yo bother with cleaning room but still brought fresh towels & topped coffee up. Breakfast choice very good & varied. Hot select good , topped up regularly. Would reccommend. C Handy for train station & town centre 10 .ins walk."
