"This was a last minute stay at St Pete Beach so hotel availability was limited. We arrived around 3 pm, check in is 4pm, and was told that we could check in but our room was not ready and they would text us when the room was ready. We waited until around 4:15 pm and did not receive a text so we went in to check on the room. We were told it was ready. I don’t know why we didn’t receive a text message informing us it was ready. "This was a great stay. The staff were very kind, the property well kept, and the events / amenities were perfect. The location relative to Duval St. was perfect. The cafe, pools, pool bars and beach chairs were mostly available while we were there (mid june)."
