"The room was absolutely beautiful and the TV worked! Great location...short walk to the restaurants, gift shops and bars. The free parking was a challenge as it is a small area (maybe 20-25 cars and is mostly full) but I as always able to get at least the last spot."

"Room was clean & spacious with good powerful shower. TV channels a little confusing!
We didn't use the spa as it was quite costly at £20 (approx).
Restaurant attached does not advertise it's prices for evening meals at the door or provide a menu. We were simply directed to the buffet with no mention of the bar food option. To pay £150 for 3 buffet meals (& drinks) was hugely expensive (& that included a 20% discount). Had we known of the bar food option, we would have almost certainly simply...

"This hotel is a self service hotel, you pretty much have to do everything yourself.
There was rarely anyone in the reception when we needed help with something, no room cleaning and the staff at breakfast was rude and unpleasant."
