"Booked for 3 nights and paid to park. Left after 1 night & was not able to speak with anyone by the phone number provided despite many attempts. The woman @ the desk did not seem to care about my concerns, refused any refund for parking or the $45/day resort fee. PROS: Balcony with nice view Female bartender at the outside bar was very pleasant 2 oz of sparkling wine at check in Cookies in the lobby in the evening Learned a valuable lesson; look at lowest reviews 1st as many of the "Terrible"...

"We enjoyed our stay at this unique property. The communication and ease of checking in was excellent and the location exceptional for a quick stay in downtown Gulfport. The stairs were not an issue for us and the amenities were fine. The quirky decor and extra room with a sofa added to the comfort. Two free cocktails that accompanied the room’s description were nice. (We stayed in the Paloma room.) Only one thing was amiss - contrary to the instructions, guests in the hotel did not receive 10%...

I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front...

"I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have."
