"Great stay"

"I booked this trip with Expedia or something and when we arrived, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. And the lady gave me a lot of attitude. So I basically had to find the emails to prove that I booked a trip there and then she continued to accuse me of being another person with the last name, Johnson. Which I’m not I’m just me. Anyway the resort was nice and kid friendly but there was some serious getting high going on in the room next to me and our whole room filled up with the smell of weed all night so that sucked and when I told the front desk they did nothing about it. Also, the fire alarm went off at 6 AM which really sucked because all I wanted for Mother’s Day was to sleep well one night. So that didn’t happen and the pool was closed and the hot tub was closed because it didn’t work and the yoga instructor never showed up for the yoga class on the beach. So I was disappointed because I was looking forward to doing something."

"This hotel is not like its pictured online. It is not updated and some things were falling apart. we had roaches in our room and reported a broken luggage rack. nothing was done to change our room or upgrade us. after watching a sunset we witness a couple and there young child playing in front of playa taco as RATS ran across the cement its only a miracle the child wasnt attacked. we reported it to front desk who said its florida its common here we checked out and left 4 days early, booked thru expedia and were not issued a refund even tho hotel only billed us for the one night expedia couldnt reach anyone to issue us a refund so im stuck paying for a week we werent there. food options are horrible if your allergic to seafood your extremely limited on what to eat also if you not there at designated time you cant eat certain foods. the pool areas and walkable areas were very dimly lit and honestly me and my wife felt uncomfortable. would NOT recommend this to anyone every. it took almost a whole day to inflate the water slide, mother nature didnt cooperate nor did the lovebugs that swarmed the whole area covering us as we walked. if it wasnt for the teacher convention it was devoid if customers staying the only plus was water was blue,"

"It was perfect for a quick anniversary get away. We enjoyed the beach, pool, bar and looking at the night sky lounging in the hammocks. Beds were comfy. It's a great value. We'll be back."

"The rooftop bar was beautiful, loved our suite, breakfast was better than most. Also really liked the body care products they use."

"A hidden gem! A nice well maintained little property. Beach access was vey convenient and rooms were clean. Staff was excellent. Kitchen was stocked with dinnewares etc so grilling on the provided grill made for a nice dinner. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I have stayed here for over 20 years and I have to say I have never been more disappointed. I understand they are going through construction, but this was a disaster. We had to change rooms because of the filth. When we got our next room it was also disgusting but at that point we just gave up. Are keys never worked, literally went through 10 keys. They shouldn’t stay open until they are finished. Disappointed!!!!!"
