"The hotel was right in downtown so all the places like night market , all the nice restaurants, hoan kiem.lake, puppet show, pagoda were very accessible. All the tour booking spots were also conveniently located and they pick you up from your hotel and drop you at your hotel. The staff was very helpful, courteous and polite. Overall it was a nice stay"

"Great hotel great location great staff"

"Great central hotel, highly recommend"

"Beautiful hotel in old quarter. Close to everything. Nice upscale feel."

"The hotel is right in the centre of the Old Quarter and, despite the noise of the streets, it is very quiet. The swimming pool is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it is a nice alternative in a hot rainy day. The staff are extremely kind, friendly, professional and helpful. Mrs. Hannah and Ms Ivy are really wonderful! Breakfast varies everyday, which is quite unusual in a 4-5 stars hotel and all dishes are top quality and pretty delicious. I recommend it vividly!!"

"It's a great boutique hotel in the lively Old Quarter of Hanoi. As good as the hotel is, it's the staff that make the hotel and a stay exceptional. From the management to reception and restaurants, the staff are amazing 👏."

"Excellent hotel, well located, Annie was an excellent host - as were the rest of the staff. Couldn't recommend more."

"Great centralized place to stay, just inside the old quarter, staff was very welcoming and helpful, good breakfast served up on the 9th floor with nice view, 10/10 recommend"
