"An incredible place to stay for the price and location in Tulum ! The room was super clean and spacious, the AC worked perfectly and the bed was massive and comfortable ! Our check in was a breeze with the help of Alphonso, who was incredibly helpful and kind ! Definitely recommend it, it’s only a couple of minutes from all the main attractions and restaurants!"

"Overall, the stay was okay, but I expected more for a boutique 4-star hotel. Breakfast was included, but honestly, it could be much better. The coffee tasted very weak, almost like water. Sometimes the fruit was sliced extremely thin, to the point it was almost transparent. When I mentioned this to the staff, nothing was changed and my plate was not replaced. On one occasion, there was also a chipped plate, and when I pointed it out to the waiter, there was no reaction. There were also hygiene...

"We had the most incredible stay at Layla - this was for our honeymoon and it couldn’t have been more magical. The pool area is stunning and our room was lovely and spacious - the balcony a great addition as was the walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious, and made even better by Michael who was so attentive - we looked forward to seeing him every morning! Location is ace, and so easy to explore central Tulum - if you want to go further afield the concierge were to hand and organised everything...
