"Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."

Also, units very clean, location and access to tube excellent, great market across the street, Lime bikes 2 minutes away, beds very comfortable, and smart TV a plus. In addition, the Reno fitness center was outstanding, with a full complement of well maintained exercise...

The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street.
