"The food was great. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and I enjoyed the meal. Overall, the staff was friendly, but I did not like the fact that the manager approached me for the bill but did not introduce herself. Also, I had a couple of days without hot water because the hot water heater is solar and it rained for a few days. Nevertheless, the views from the hotel were beautiful. "

"The sheets were dirty. When I opened the faucet in the shower, brown dirty water came out. The room smelled liked it just got sorayed with a generous amount of Baygon. Although the location is good it is definitely not worth it."

Have pictures to prove my point. Now am asking for my refund they saying that my intentions weren’t for staying. That my intentions were to take pictures and cause trouble over a refund.
