"This place kinda sucked… was expecting better based on the photos. I wasn’t aware the rooms are all on the second floor, which we had to drag two heavy luggage bags up a very narrow flight of stairs! Also, the floors were not very clean, after we got out of the shower, our feet got dirty if we weren’t wearing shoes. The water took a long time to get warm, we had to run the shower for about 15 before getting in so the first time we showered in cold water. The patio doesn’t specify, but it’s...

"The name is Harlem B&B but no breakfast on offer. Really this is no more than a pension which at $US 150 per night ( booked months in advance) is over-priced. Room was basic but clean and a nice bathroom, but often no staff were evident in the building and service was non-existent."

"Genesis et Henry sont formidables et offrent un excellent service. Par contre, l'autre employée (Barbara) n'a aucun sens du service à la clientèle. L'endroit est situé loin de Bavaro et Punta Cana, les Uber ne veulent pas nécessairement se rendre à la Ceiba. Il n'y a pas des restos proches pour manger, seulement des petites places locales. C'est ok important à savoir si vous choisissez cet endroit."
