"Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money "

Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème.

"Hotel is extremely upscale and worked for us really well. Rooms were comfortable and amenities were great. Breakfast included so that was a major extra plus. AC didn’t work in our room initially but they gave us a new room so it was okay. Overall good stay"
"We had a wonderful stay at The Lapis Hotel. The room and facilities were immaculately clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a very early 4:00 AM checkout, and they still prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a really thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience felt professional and warm. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hanoi!

Saya menginap bersama suami saya dan suka bayar full payment dengan hotel.com tetapi pas hari H begitu tiba diHanoi saya diantar travel untuk ke hotel tersebut tapi diinfokan hotel full booking dan saya ditolak untuk menginap disana dengan dipindahkan ke hotel lain yang masih 1 management dengan hotel tsb. Tindakan hotel sangat tidak menyenangkan tanpa konfirmasi sebelumnya kepada saya dan saya tidak akan pernah kembali lagi ke hotel ini!!! Sungguh membuat liburan...

"Excellent, hospitable Hotel from the get-go. When we arrived, late, frazzled from a delayed flight we were met with a host that provided calm and a warm welcome that we really needed. The following day we soaked up Hanoi and Somerset couldn't be better located. Amazing food stalls, world class coffee and historic sites all within walking distance. A big recommend from all our family, Somerset Hotel was a big reason why we fell in love with Hanoi City, we can't wait to come back!"
