"I loved this hotel, and the staff are truly on another level. They couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful, assisting with everything from airport transfers to finishing my laundry late at night. The location is good, and the room is excellent: spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, and everything feels new. The bed was made and towels were changed daily. The laundry room on the top floor is free and available 24/7, which is a huge plus. The only minor inconvenience is the entrance...

"It was a Great Hotel. The room walls are a bit thin, Quite Noisy when people or housekeeper working/talking outside the room. The lobby is very cold not cozy, even the front desk staffs were trembling with chill, Other than that it's a great stay we had. Thank you for taking care of us. "

"Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux."

Saya menginap bersama suami saya dan suka bayar full payment dengan hotel.com tetapi pas hari H begitu tiba diHanoi saya diantar travel untuk ke hotel tersebut tapi diinfokan hotel full booking dan saya ditolak untuk menginap disana dengan dipindahkan ke hotel lain yang masih 1 management dengan hotel tsb. Tindakan hotel sangat tidak menyenangkan tanpa konfirmasi sebelumnya kepada saya dan saya tidak akan pernah kembali lagi ke hotel ini!!! Sungguh membuat liburan...
