"Paid for a breakfast that I never received. I walk into the breakfast area at 6am & communicated with the waitress that I had a flight to catch (departed at 7am) There was ZERO URGENCY, by 6:15, I walked out to the front desk to make sure the shuttle was there, it wasnt. So, I walk back ti the breakfast area grab my bag, food not there, $20 extra basically stolen. No shuttle available until 6:30, which would put me way too close, so I have to order a taxi, another unnecessary $20 stolen. To...

"Very convenient for extended parking and 24/7 shuttle to the airport. Would not stay here longer than one night it was super rundown and smelled like cigarettes. "

"Run..don't walk away from this property. Everything about is subpar from the staff training and attitude, to the quality of the rooms. The elevators were broken for an entire day which prevented the rooms from being cleaned. You can do better."

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast with several kinds of protein, juice, sides, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary. It's a good "close to the airport for one night" hotel. The shuttle from the airport took a while, though. Waiting at midnight wasn't that fun."

"No ammenities, no free breakfast, no pool, no matinence to fix the broken toilet, no one answers the phone at all, not very clean expensive breakfast for a crappy hotel!!!! I can go on and on Horrible experience!!!"

"The “hotel” should be spelled by taking out the t and transposing the e and the l. Linens were filthy and when I took a shower, I had to wash the mud from the bottom of my feet that was picked up merely by walking in the room. There are absolutely no amenities and we couldn’t even get them to respond to a non-functioning tv remote. Could not check out fast enough."

There was paint on the rugs, parts of the walls missing, marks and scrapes everywhere, hair on the sheets, holes burned into the sheets, debris all over the hallways, a good chunk of parking spots were unaccessible as they were filled with dumpsters, pallets, and other miscellaneous construction items.
