"Fire alarm went off 5 times due to a mechanical failure. Then emergency lighting system inside our room continued flashing long after alarms subsided."

"The best hotel stay in a 15 mile radius, hands down. The staff are kind, hotel is clean & smells wonderful (esp the lobby rn, great job) and you can definitely find something decent to eat at the included breakfast. Also there’s a tea/coffee/water bar 24/7, supper convenient. ~25 mins from the city!"

"Breakfast was terrible both days eggs were watery, waffle machine was not working the first day there then the second day the mix was watered down so they didn’t cook right and after the first bite I threw it in the trash because it tasted like expired mix or something juice machine wasn’t filled just water came out coffee not refilled, the room look like it had some updates but I had to get clean towels when I checked in because the ones that were hanging up had brown stuff on them the window...

"The property was clean and staff was friendly. But the breakfast was poor . The coffee was cold and only has eggs and some sausages and bagles and breads which does not taste good at all. And we got to the room, there were no cups and not even water. And the phone was not working. And the property was under construction. I was little disappointed."

"The room was clean. The property felt safe. The river view was excellent. There are no recreational amenities besides the airport shuttle. This is an older motel style. There is a park adjacent to the building that has benches and walking trails. I only needed a place to rest, so it fit my need."

"Balcony"

"The rooms were not clean upon arrival, I had to request for the room to be cleaned and asked several times for a trash bin from staff and front desk which was never provided, there was roaches in unwanted areas, the complimentary microwave was filthy, and the room had a terrible smell which I couldn’t bear so I had no choice but to sleep in my car, there is absolutely NO value within this hotel, not even with management whom I & Expedia tried to contact to try and resolve some sort of middle...

"Now this place was the worse room I have ever stayed in heater didn’t work bathroom flooded if the shower was used and the tub and walls look and feel like a slum lord is owning it. Like legit the tub outside casing was floating on water the got behind the non existing seal the whole thing was loose and moved when you stepped into it. Not to mention they have way to many regular problematic guess load, beating there partners selling sex and who knows what else this place honestly needs the...

"Room was clean and staff was friendly."

"The Gables was an amazing experience and we will be staying here for all of our trips to UPenn! It was walking distance to campus, Cesar was an amazing host and breakfast both mornings were unique and delicious! Our beautiful room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!"

"Close to Xfinity Mobile Arena"

"We flew internationally to Philadelphia from Milan and with no connecting flights home that day. Having the hotel, literally, connected to the airport. We were cheerfully greeted, and quickly checked in, even offered bottled water-it's the small things. They even provide a shuttle to your airline in the morning. A great experience."
