"My stay was disappointing. I booked a courtyard view but was “upgraded” to a city view room on the second floor, which put me as close as possible to the active construction site next door, where jackhammering and other loud work started around 7 am. There are also streetcars that run in front of the hotel that are pretty noisy. It ended up feeling more like some kind of penalty than an upgrade. The vent in my room made a loud rattling sound which the maintenance person tried to fix...

"Melhor Hotel que ficamos na EUROPA, funcionários são extremamente receptivos. Realmente adoramos, fica próximo ao Castelo de São Jorge, próximo a Praça do Comércio, a Catedral da Sé, a Igreja de Santo António (local de nascimento dele), realmente indico demais este hotel. Estão de PARABÉNS muito acima da média da EUROPA em termos de recepção. Apenas uma indicação (colocar um Pão de Queijo no café da Manhã).
