"We had to get new keys every single time we left the hotel, every day. It was very frustrating being there for a week. The staff wasn't particularly friendly about it. Always asking for the reservation as if we hadn't booked the room. "

The laundry room was well equipped with two each of a washing machine and drier, a water cooler, ice machine, microwave and a vending machine. The shower was decent. We travelled as a couple with luggage (a suitcase and a backpack each) and once we were settled in the room, we were having to climb...

"Breakfast very good. a/c always cold no matter what temp you set. Spa excellent. Room TINY and like living on a small sailboat, but every square inch utilized. I forgot an electric toothbrush, etc and I returned 8 hours later and they had it. I'll return there if the price is good when I visit Shinjuku again."
