"I would have rated our stay a 5 except for one issue that was not resolved to our satisfaction. The washer did not drain properly and the staff took our clothing to rewash and dry them while the machine was repaired. No one ever came to repair the machine and when my clothes were returned, they were stuffed in a laundry bag and did not appear clean. This hotel has many levels and stairs are unavoidable. "The location was great, easily access to everything. We quickly found a short cut through the mall to princess street. The apartment was also nice and quiet. It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. We expected a sofa as the pictures on the website had a picture of the executive suite with a sofa but apparently that’s only for those with a balcony! "I really love the room design! The staff was helpful for me giving me options to switch rooms. I stayed there for 3 days but only had 1 breakfast (prepaid for 20 gbp). Breakfast was ok but a bit pricy comparing to other hotels that I stayed. Overall I loved the experience there."

"When we arrived the TV was un plugged and the plug would not reach the socket. We tried to call reception but the phone was not working. We went to reception and a maintenance man arrived and fixed the issue with the tv, and said he would get the phone fixed. However, when we turned the TV off to go to sleep the TV turned back on by itself 3 times. Eventually we had to take the TV off the wall to unplug it.
