The staff at Hotel Bel Ami were amazing, friendly and always available to help. We arrived before our room was ready and I was offered an area to change my clothes and wash my face - much appreciated after a long international flight! Location is great - so super easy to walk to so many things! And the towels in the bathroom are heavenly!

This boutique hotel is quaint and well appointed, with attentive and high quality staff and facilities. We would stay there again anytime we are in Paris. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and make you feel welcome.

Wonderful stay. The concierge was nothing short of spectacular. We loved the vibe, the location, and the overall condition of the hotel.

J’adore Paris

The location is excellent in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the accommodations were nice. Rooms in Europe are typically smaller than in the states and this was no exception but very manageable with the closets/storage in the room. Highly recommend for the area and price point. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We chose the hotel for its location and we consulted the ratings. Unfotunately, the room was very small (the right side of bed was almost inaccessible as there was a brown table next to it) and in a desparate need of renovation. We booked a double bed, but ended having a two separate beds put together. There were no usb charging points in the room, but the hotel provided adapters on request. We made a few requests (extra hangers, mens care kit and some glasses that were taken from our room) which were only answered after a several requests to a several different members of staff. We were recommended by the reception staff to address all our inquiries to very knowledgable concierge, which we did, but our inquiry remained unanswered. So, overall a very disappointing experience, particularly as the hotel advertises as 5 star hotel.

Wonderful hotel in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The hotel staff treated us well for our anniversary and my wife's birthday by providing flowers, balloons and cards. We really appreciated that special touch. Our room had electrical issues, and after trying a few times to fix it without success, the staff moved us to a different room and gave us a complimentary room upgrade as a goodwill gesture for the troubles we had. They went above and beyond to take care of us in an unfortunate situation. The whole staff was excellent, but a special thank you to Ibrahima and Arnaud for taking care of us when we lost power to our room and making arrangements to move us to a different room so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. If was our first time in Paris, and the staff here made our stay extra special. When we come back, we would not hesitate to stay at Hotel Bel Ami again.

This hotel is a true gem! The location is superb—tucked away on a quiet street, yet just steps from wonderful attractions, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood has a lot of great local character. The hotel staff is highly professional, warm, and incredibly helpful; I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. The property itself is spotless, and the room was a nice retreat with a very comfortable bed, quality linens, and fluffy towels and robes. It has all the conveniences of a 5-star hotel. I can’t comment on their food, as we preferred exploring the many nearby cafes, but everything else exceeded expectations. Highly recommended! If I am in Paris again, this is where I plan to stay.
