A very nice hotel. one little downside, however, is that the building seems to be renovated from a building with some history, and the floor seems to be a little bit tilted (not flat), but it's bearable, just need a few minutes adjustment

Really nice hotel near Saint Lazare station. Near lots of transport options and walking distance of lots of places you'll probably want to go. Area around the hotel felt safe, and there were a few cafes and restaurants within 5 minute or less walk. The hotel itself was nice, quiet, and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but had everything you need. Breakfast was nice, compact selection but options for sure. Definitely recommend :)

Good stay - room small (as expected for Paris) but room was comfortable for our needs. Easy to walk from Gare du Nord & great location for sightseeing. Breakfast was average in the morning and had to ask for certain refills from staff.

This is a really good hotel in a good location. The staff are nice and the breakfast is very good. Our room was very small and the "queen bed" was actually a double. No bedside tables. Croissants in lobby most of the time. Good wifi.

Room was small for 3 adults. Good for 2 adults. We found black hair in the sink, on the bed and towels and pulled one from the wall. The toilet wreaked of urine. TV didn’t work but was fixed quickly. Handheld showerhead would not stay in place. Staff was pleasant. Food was cold but ok.

Friendly professional and caring!

The staff was friendly, professional and very accommodating! We arrived very early and they allowed us to check in. They spoke English very well and helped us communicate to a restaurant about a lost item. Very very nice staff!!

Spotless rooms

Generally a comfortable stay. All staff are really nice and helpful. The only negatives of this hotel for me are: 1) noise we got waken up by the room above (stumping sounds of people walking) and 2) the breakfast area is on the small side so it is not as relaxing to get up and have your breakfast as most guests tend to come at same time say 9-10am. So probably I would have skipped breakfast and have it nearby as plenty of cafes within walking distance.

We stayed for a long weekend as we attended two concerts at L’Olympia — easy walking distance from the hotel. We booked the deluxe room with a balcony and it did not disappoint. We went out to get breakfast in the morning and bring it back to eat there. The room was an adequate size (especially for Paris). Big wardrobe with a fridge inside (we were happy to have this). The bed was comfortable. We had a coffee machine and cups. And we appreciated the two bottles of water that were replenished daily. The bathroom was light and clean. Definitely newly renovated. I appreciated the attention to detail by the cleaning staff. I had taken a few tissues, and after housekeeping had been there, I noticed that they had folded the ends of the first tissue into a triangle. What attention to detail! We needed eating utensils for the food we brought back and the staff were kind to lend us utensils from their restaurant. We were happy to have an elevator as our room was on the 5th floor. We took the stairs once, and then laughed and said we’d take the elevator next time. The elevator has room for about 2 people and a little luggage. Lovely hotel. Very helpful, warm, and kind staff. Great location — by Galeries Lafayette (don’t miss their gourmet food court), easy walk to Montmantre/Sacré-Cœur, not too far to walk to the Seine and all the sightseeing along there. We only took the metro when we went to/from the airport. All in all a wonderful visit and we hope to be back soon!

La habitacion limpia y muy comoda, las instalaciones en general bien. El desayuno basico pero bien, se agradece el cafe/ té y pancitos que ofrecen en la entrada. Centrico - Cerca de estacion de metro y de la Opera. Todo el personal muy amable, se agradece la atencion especialmente de Raquel (recepcion) quien en todo momento nos orientó, y en español 🙂. Es la segunda vez q me hospedo ahi y sin duda volveria a hacerlo
