Hi, first time at hotel. Good location as walking distance to Gare du Nord for train to/from CDG. Also one minute walk to metro station. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy but felt safe enough. Right on the cusp on the 9th and 18th arrondisements which was really handy. The room for two was spacious but there was no separate bathroom so quite pricey for what you’re getting.

Buurt verschrikkelijk, personeel verschrikkelijk, kamer was opzich schoon maar totaal niet praktisch en komt niet overeen met wat er op de foto's te zien is. Geen lift, je moet je eigen zware koffers naar boven tillen.

The receptionist was so cold and rude, the place was dingy and dirty looking. It’s in a terrible area. The staircase felt dangerous, no elevator, the neighborhood was dirty, wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Nice property, close enough to Gare de Nord to walk, plenty of places to buy food and a couple of bars close by, staff nice and friendly, bit of a climb to the top floor with a case on spiral stairs with a case though, as there was no lift,, I would stay here again.

Kind and helpful staff. Lovely a/c in our unit. Clean bedding. Close walk to Gare de Norde station. No secure luggage storage, though staff offered to hold for us when we arrived an hour prior to check in. Neighborhood felt more unsafe than safe, as we were traveling with children. Note no elevator. Towels were hard and evident black mold in shower stall.

It wa pretty compact! The bed was comfy& we felt safe. The staff on the desk were helpful. No way of heating water for a coffee, not even a kettle, and there was some black mould in the shower, but the room was quiet and we slept well. The area can get a bit interesting after hours with lots of men on the streets, loitering and selling ?vapes, but once inside we were safe.

We were only staying in Paris for a night and if that is your plan then this hotel will be fine. Overall, the beds were comfortable (albeit slightly too soft for our liking) and we slept well. The triple room we were given was more like a double which they had squeezed a third bed into, so I would book two rooms if there is three of you. Apart from that, no other issues - central-ish location for Montmartre (about a 10/15 minute walk to main Montmartre), and very close to the Metro and Gare du Nord station so a good spot to visit other part of the city / region if you want to stay here for longer.

Chambre spacieuse , confortable et lumineuse avec la lumière traversante située au dernier étage sans ascenseur, on aperçoit le Sacré Cœur. Personnel très à l'écoute , de jour comme de nuit. Le petit déjeuner avec petit buffet à volonté et 1 viennoiserie propose du salé et du sucré est satisfaisant. L'hôtel est bien sécurisé , on s y sent bien , et la proximité du métro , et de Montmartre est très appréciable . Nous avions un concert à la Cigale , et nous avons pu y aller à pied et dîner et nous balader à Montmartre . Séjour très agréable dans Paris .

The rooms were clean and spacious, including the bathrooms. The staffs were helpful during our trip, giving us a lot of information on how to get around the city.

The room layout was the weirdest I have ever seen - the shower opens directly into the room, which was awkward since I was sharing with my son. The toilet was in it's own closet and the room was so small that my son (who is quite tall) almost couldn't sit down with the door closed. The sink was next to the bed. There was no kettle, which was not a deal-breaker but I thought that either a kettle or a coffee maker was pretty standard. The street was quite noisy with people partying outside until about 2 AM. This may just be par for the neighbourhood. Our room was on the 4th floor and there are no elevators, which we found is pretty common but good to know if you have any accessibility needs. Breakfast was good, just a very small area to eat in so if you come at the same time as other guests you may or may not have a place to sit comfortably. There was a sign at the front desk advertising a shuttle to the airport but when we tried to book it, it was not available within a 3 hour window of what we needed. The staff tried to be helpful, for which I give them credit.

La chambre plutôt grande et en bon état mais les fenêtres laissent passer énormément le bruit de l’avenue Magenta. La douche: très peu de pression et bouillante ou gelée.

Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and conveniently located for Metro and Gare du Nord. Only downside was carrying my luggage up 5 floors, but receptionist helped me bring it down when I left.

Perdonale cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia. Colazione buona, prevalentemente dolce. Ottimi i croissants. Unico neo, terribile, noi eravamo al 5 piano senza ascensore con una scala a chiocciola da capogiro. Se non fosse stato x quello, soggiorno perfetto

The winding stairs are not easy with luggage, but this was the only down side. Staff were attentive and breakfast was well organised and sufficient. I left my iPad in my room and the hotel managed to reunite me with it - even though they had to post it twice!!

There are no amenities. Once you check in you are asked for a city tax which is not made clear. The place is very small and has no elevator which is also not made clear. The pictures make the place look very big but it's not. The airport shuttle is a paid amenity and not always available. The room is very clean. The breakfast in the morning is not bad. The shower was difficult to adjust from very hot to cold. I could not get a steady stream of warm water throughout the entire shower. You have to ask at the front desk for them to turn on air conditioning otherwise you won't get it and they don't tell you this until you go down and ask how to turn it on. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. The area is not great. If you are there to shop this isn't the area for you. It is close to the train station which is why we picked it.

They asked for a €100 deposit on the check in, saying this would be released automatically on the check out. I did the checkout this morning at 7am, and the deposit hasn’t been released yet.
