"Breakfast is a total rip off. $30 per person for a the continental breakfast! $50 for a regular breakfast! And both are pretty lame. Room was big and clean. No real beach, Not convenient to downtown. If you are staying outside of town, go somewhere else that has a beach and reasonable food."

"Pros: good location, clean, new. Cons: This is a very, very basic room. There was a desk, but no outlets to plug in a laptop, and no lights on or above the desk. No amenities like a coffee maker, toiletries (a bar of soap or tissues would be nice), microwave or refrigerator. Yet there was an ironing board in the closet, but no iron, and there was an ice maker in the hallway, but no ice bucket. No restaurant on site. "Staff was amazing as soon as we landed. Porters/Bell Hops were awesome, we had a lot of luggage and they took great care of us and were extremely kind. Front Desk were all awesome too, they handled all of our requests with kindness and care. Would stay here again upon the next visit to Tahiti"

"This is a great property if you wish to explore the south side of the island, or if you have your own vehicle. Unfortunately it is NOT 2.5 miles from the airport or the cruise ship port. It is on the opposite side of the island, Depending on traffic, a 90 - 150 minute drive. $115 taxi drive. You can get a 3 day tourist bus pass for 1 franc (a bus ride is 4 francs) but the busses stop running at 4:00 local time. "My room was very clean and the staff (especially clement!) were so kind and very helpful! My room AC worked perfectly and the location was great for what I was looking for. My only complaint is that it was a bit challenging to slide my bag under to store it and be able to come down from the top bunk without stepping on top."

"This place is in a great location, walking distance to the market and ferry. It’s a little tricky to find and not a typical hotel. There are 4 or 5 large rooms/ units with large beds, large bathroom and small kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful"

"Great hotel with great staff but I can't give it 5 stars for 2 reasons 1. The biggest by far is there is no beach to swim on. If you want to go into the ocean higher than your waste to swim you basically have to go around all the cabins in stilts. 2. Is their 'king' bed is 2 single beds pushed together which is less of an issue but still should not have been in a 4 star hotel"
