"Great hotel and amazing staff. Very clean and good service"

"It was our first visit to Cancun and we enjoyed everything about it. Staff was great and the food was as well."

"My wife and I spent a week at GR Solaris Cancun and overall had a good vacation, but that was more because of the time we spent together than because of the resort itself. The highlight of our stay was our oceanfront room with a private plunge pool. We spent most of the week sitting by the pool, enjoying the ocean view, watching beautiful sunsets, relaxing, and catching up on much-needed rest. For someone who normally gets up around 3:00 a.m. for work, this trip gave me the chance to slow down,...

"WiFi was not provided at check in. Jacuzzi was broken in my stay. Stains in the sofa . No outlets in the room"

"Friendly staff, nice place"

"It's a fantastic place."

"Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Pasillos con aroma fresca. Desayuno completo, poquito de todo para iniciar el día sin salir del hotel. Servicio de tralsado del/hacia el aeropuerto incluido. Personal amable y atento. Excelente opción para quedarse cerca del aeropuerto."

"Breakfast should come Imclued withe that prive"

"Great place for a family vacations. All of my kids had a lot of fun. Food was great, all the staff very friendly."

"Hidden $386 Mexican dollars at end even all trip was fully paid."

"The employees were great. Outside the building looks great. Inside was horrible. Dirty, bed has bugs, bathroom is nasty, if you use the plates, spoons, glasses, you have to clean it before you leave. There is memo in the kitchen that it is not included to the cleaning the room. Table and chair are very rundown and dirty."

"The food had limited variety. Who week basically the same menu. The drinks were most likely the cheapest. our room had 4 shot dispensers but 0 bottles. The mini fridge was stacked with only 2 tiny beers and 3-4 pops. Its was ok, but have we known this ahead of time might have chosen a different hotel with a little more variety."

"Nice staff, plenty of clean pools, a lot of events and games, food is perfect"

"Speechless ! Amazing"
