"DON CESAR is a 5 star hotel. The architecture of the building is impressive and the beautiful decorations inside complete the excellence of this place. They have alternatives of amenities like: pool, spa, fittness, stores, jacuzzi, great dining and of course the excellent beach of St. Pete. Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup.
