"The hotel itself is great. The front desk staff, the customer service staff at the casino, all super friendly and helpful. It was the Hannas restaurant that was so bad. Horrible servers that were blatantly rude to us and other customers as well. When we told the manager she just didn’t seem to care at all. So, I would definitely stay at the hotel again, but chose elsewhere to eat!"

"The steamers that they have did not work, even after a maintenance person can to help and brot a new one still the tow steamers did not work. They don't have irons so my wife and I had to go purchase one to iron our clothes."
