"The first room they assigned us was not even clean, there were no linens on the bed & the window was wide open. The second was ok, but tub was dirty and huge stains all over carpet & couch. Pool was dirty & breakfast was minimal. Very disappointed!"

Construction workers outside patio doors the entire 4 days working on the pool and hot tub that we paid for and paid extra so that we could have that patio they were about 4 feet from all week. Wifi costs money daily - ridiculous. 100°+ weather in AZ and air was off upon arrival - ridiculous. No smart tv - ridiculous. No microwave in room (only one small one in the lobby for the entire property). If I had more room I would go into much more detail however there isnt enough room here. I...

"In the room where I was staying there was noise outside my window. The toilet was not working in the room where I was situated, once I told the staff they did switch my room but overall I think it could have been a better experience."

"Too many walking around smoking weed in the lobbies and by social areas. Place was super ghetto. Had to switch rooms until I finally settled on the third option with a broken fridge, busted shower head and mold in the bathroom and had to be busted back into my room with security with my whole family soaking wet after swimming because the card reader wasn’t working on our door. Asked for an allergy sensitive room and the filter was caked with dust in a 2 inch layer. I won’t be staying here again...

"this place is not at all what the pictures show it was very dirty cockroaches ants the bath tub had big gouaches of the enamel off no coffee for morning the only thing that worked was the air conditioner would not recommend staying here waited in lobby for 15min to sign in because no one was out there the lady her self was very nice but the property is not"

"BAD AREA OF TOWN!! Homeless people sleeping on picnic tables & roaming property 24/7. Loud music. People stay up late here. The people above us were up moving stuff around until 2 A.M. It feels like people live here! Exposed wires on interior door lock. Dirty - floors dirty, hair in shower soap dish and on shower wall. German roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. Planned on cooking on furnished burners but no ability to use them. No kitchen equipment meaning utensils, bowls,...
