"Needs Improvement! The hot tubs were tired, circa 80s 4 person style. One had no view at all. The other was windy, covered in bird droppings and unusable if anyone else was in it. That about sums up the property. Tired and old. Wood walls and ceilings meant you heard every sound from neighbors. Wood slat blinds didn’t keep out 5am light. No AirCon. "Amazing hotel with very nice and professional staff. The room was very clean and had an amazing view. The hotel is near the water and all the local attractions. I highly recommend it! The restaurant was very good and very nice as well!"

"We have been to the Spindrift several times and enjoy the location. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. We enjoy 4:30 wine and cheese in the lobby and meeting other guests. It’s also nice to not have to worry about parking your vehicle as they have valet parking."

"Overall the Hotel was great, very clean and incredibly spacious rooms. Our only negative was that the bed frames were very noisy and the mattresses a bit soft."

"Helpful staff! I checked in late and forgot to notify the front desk ahead of time. Luckily they had already prepared instructions for me to safely get in. Room was spacious and perfect for a two-night stay. Walking distance to the Wharf and there’s a (free) trolly stop nearby to take you to the aquarium! Parking lot can be tight (we went over a long weekend) but even that they were able to assist us with."

"I called ahead about arriving early and was told between 1-1:30 would work. We arrived at 1 and the lobby was empty. No one showed for about 30 minutes. Room was not ready so we waited another 45 minutes before it was ready. Other than that the room was large, clean, and updated. Their cancellation policy is non existent so make sure before you book"

"Room looked fairly good. Bathroom could use some updating. Parking was very tight and cramped. The hotel seem to be full which made breakfast crowded. The food offered for breakfast was decent and standard fare."

"An older property, staff very helpful. Glass of wine offered on arrival day, Hot breakfast also. I just don't like the $20 activity fees hotels charge that don't show on Expedia when one is doing comparative pricing."

"We stayed a few days at Colton Inn and overall the stay was pleasant. The door could use a seal around it and maybe that would help dampen the noise from the walkway outside. The shower had lower pressure. The breakfast was a basic continental, nice to have a quick bite. All in all, a good property on a less noisy street that most other places. We would stay again."
