"Buon pomeriggio, vorrei segnalare l'ottima location ma sto ancora aspettando di ricevere indietro un oggetto di grande valore affettivo. Mi è stato comunicato di averlo ritrovato ma ho chiesto più e più volte di riaverlo indietro a mie spese senza esito. Trovo questo comportamento inaccettabile e vorrei una risposta in merito. Si tratta di un oggetto di piccole dimensioni e vorrei una risposta in merito alla spedizione."

"The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...
