"Beautiful hotel with gorgeous architecture. We loved our stay and especially our room (booked the Orchid room). We also had free access to their Beach-club at the Orchid House Tulum Beach. Staff was kind and welcoming. Location is close to everything and is safe. There's free parking on the property and there's someone at night to guard the entrance door. Food and drinks are on you and some area will be reserved. At night there was some bugs but they were more scared of us then we were of...

"Property was very beautiful. Cribs were provided for my toddler and infant. We were warned that we were next to a club, but we and the kids didn't really mind the background beats. Gabriel was very helpful with all our things for all of our outings (...you can imagine with two young kids, the amount of gear we travel with.) Two dogs on the premises were very calm and gentle, and my toddler loved seeing them around."
