"I absolutely love this hotel. I stayed here a few times while it was still the Grand Hyatt but now that it is Devossion & All-inclusive it is amazing. All the staff is super nice and welcoming. They took care of us in every aspect. If you are looking for the best resort in Playa this is the one for you! Great location, clean, amazing views and the service is the best. We ate at all the restaurants and the food is delicious. Also had a massage done at their spa and I loved it. We will definitely be back soon! "

Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all. La comida es de pésima calidad, con muy pocas opciones y colas interminables para todo, incluso para el buffet. En varias ocasiones ni siquiera pudimos entrar a los restaurantes. La playa está llena de rocas y algas, nada que ver con lo que uno espera en Cancún. Pagas por lujo y recibes una experiencia caótica. No lo recomiendo para nada. "Lot of pool options and beach is close by … but food was bad and room service is a surcharge unless you get a platinum upgrade. Ended up spending the extra money on room service because of kids but was definitely not worth the cost. Overall very family friendly and friendly staff. But food is a deal breaker for me so it would be difficult to book again "
