They also have several restaurants located on the 2nd floor if you don't want to go out for lunch or dinner, not to mention the large public bath that comes with a sauna room and big hot tubs. "This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"Room was clean and the toiletries and towels are supplied well but the room is too crowded for 3 single beds in such a small space. It’s really hard to sleep as well because the bed is hard for my back especially I have a back injury. Location wise, it’s convenient except that the buses are always full and I am on wheelchair. We always take a cab instead for travelling with a wheelchair. "

Our room was also very spacious, and featured a japanese style shower which was super cool (and absolutely spotless as well!). The staff was also very kind and helpful.
