"No es una zona comercial pero al haber una estación del metro a unas cuadras, hay forma de moverse a otros lugares con comercios. Los pasillos tienen un olor no muy agradable. El elevador es muy lento y uno de ellos no funcionaba. La secadora de cabello no puede usarse en el baño sino en el escritorio por su conector."

"Stunning hotel in a superb location! Close to shops, markets, restaurants, cafes and transport. Staff exceptionally helpful. Rooms spacious and clean. Our only negatives would be no coffee/tea facilities in room (they’re available in lounge, are complimentary and when asked for were delivered free of charge but would prefer option in room) and there was no railing to get in and out of the deep bath/shower. Despite above, would stay again, and again and again!! ❤️"

"Das Personal war freundlich, aber an der Rezeption tendenziell viel Betrieb mit Wartezeiten, Online-Check-in wurde uns nicht angeboten. Standard nur eine Schlüsselkarte. Sauberkeit okay, jedoch Wasserflecken und etwas Staub sichtbar. Aufzug machte beunruhigende Geräusche. Bademantel etc. nur auf Nachfrage, das ist mittlerweile wohl üblich, keine USB-C-Steckdosen (nur USB) und kein Adapter vorhanden, im Vergleich zu einem anderen 4-Sterne-Hotel in England mit integrierten USB-C-Steckdosen...

"Room is clean and comfortable but doesn’t have a view and too close to the adjacent building to open the curtains. It also doesn’t have body lotion. In the morning it got quite noisy with the sound of neighbouring doors opening and closing so sleep felt disturbed."
