"Horrible trying to get checked in. Kiosk didn't work. Check in was 4pm, at 6pm stated not ready. The hotel Front desk lady, rude and never once made eye contact. Elevators didn't work, had to use service elevator. The housekeepers were obviously not aware because they blocked the exit with their carts. Horrible experience."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
