"Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities and plenty for the breakfast"

"This is the hotel I chose for my first trip to London. It’s really close to Covent Garden and also very close to Chinatown. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Trafalgar Square. Along the way, there are lots of cafés, fast-food places, souvenir shops, and so on. On the side of the hotel, heading toward Covent Garden, there’s an M&S Food Food market. It’s also very convenient to go from the hotel to see the River Thames, the London Eye the Big Ben and The National Gallery... Overall, the hotel...

"There was a deposit to be taken upon arrival which we were not made aware of when booking. The room was so small for the amount you pay, and we stayed two nights. The tv did not even have Netflix or anything, which one would expect when paying so much and in such a modern hotel. Good thing we took our PlayStation and connected it. Clean and modern, however, definitely would not stay again even if it were much cheaper and closer to everything."

"Lovely property and very well located. The staff were exceptionally helpful"

"Everything was great. The keypad in the elevator was finicky and did not always work. Check in which was promised at 2 did not happen until almost 3. That was very disappointing for a quick trip."

"We liked the location and the room was good. The only thing we didn’t like about the room was the lack of places to put clothes. The closet was very small and there were no drawers. There was only one place put your suitcase - so 2 people travelling had one person with their suitcase in the floor. The bathroom was also limited for items. The walk in shower was good. Restaurant staff were great and very attentive. Menu could include a few more basic items for picky eaters."

"Great stay, love Canary Wharf!"

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Super Wualität und Lage"

"Ended up staying here due to a cancelled train, so the location was excellent in that regard. Not sure I would normally stay on Euston Road, but thats a personal thing. The hotel has superb reception areas, lounges and bars. We had a terrific room with lots of space and a large bed. The one thing that grated was their request for a 5% uplift on the bill after the stay to reward their staff. Either advertise the rate plus the 5% or pay the staff a little more."

"We stayed for one night. The hotel is newly built looks very modern. We loved our rooms as they were very clean and well maintained. Only reason I rated it 4 is that the bathroom is very slippery so after I showered I slipped and fell and got so many bruises. It would be much appreciated if they do something about this matter. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!"
