"Large room for Europe, but no air conditioning was really a shame in 35+ degree heatwave. Not specifically their fault but if you have no AC, you should at least have a fan available for each room. Advertised as a 5 star hotel but really not of that quality."

"The staff were amazing from the front desk Darcy and mum to the night porter, who could not do enough for us brilliant. Would recommend to all ages and jealous that we’re not still there. Carnival was great; only thing is if you’re down for this event next year, find parking first early, as it’s at a premiere. Massive shout out again to all. 👍😘"

"My single room although small was very clean, including the bathroom. The only downside was that the walls are thin and I could hear someone snoring in the next room! All the staff, reception and breakfast staff, were very friendly and helpful. Overall I would really recommend this hotel. It is on the seafront and good value. Breakfast is extra but there was a good choice and was well cooked."
