"Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible and we got a free upgrade to the penthouse!!! Absolutely breathtaking views and you can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in London. Beds were very comfortable- I wish I could go back there today and just enjoy the hotel, we spent most of our time away from the hotel. Definitely recommend for long stays with all the amenities. PS they have a few laundry pods so you don’t have to bring your own. The laundry was a...

"Such a wonderful place! Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are always superb. A special thanks to Natalia who greeted us each morning at breakfast and made our day start with a smile! The new bar they had had a super DJ and great vibe on Saturday night. Already booked our next visit."

"Fantastic staff, great amenities in the room. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay! 10/10 recommend"

"Excellent location, close to thames riverside walk, but quiet Accessible, good dining choice good decor, attentive staff fantastic in-house estaurant, and very good breakfast choice"

"Lokasi hotel sangat premium karena tidak jauh dari Big Benz, London dan Jembatan sungai Thames, nyaman untuk istirahat karena area seputar tenang, bersih dan aman. Hanya saja selimut tidur berdebu sehingga saat kami memakainya langsung saya dan istri terbatuk-batuk"

"We absolutely loved this property! The rooms were very stylish and comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional! It is also a very central location to everything. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing location, food, service and staff"

"Charming property, early check-in, convenient location. Would stay there again and recommend"

"A very last minute stay for me and was very convenient for Waterloo station. The staff could not be more helpful and overall it’s a decent place to stay. Only issue were the soundproofing isn’t great and I was given an accessible room so the bathroom wasn’t ideal for me."

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Hotel was perfect"

"Great location with free access to the well equipped Leonardo hotel spa and gym which is just round the corner. The room itself was ok fairly basic in terms of equipment but adequate if you don't want to cook much. I would recommend this studio room."

"I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

"Martins at the Gordon ramzi was the most amazing and welcoming host. A special thanks to him for making this trip an amazing one."

"We really enjoy the decor. The breakfast was great and the staff really friendly. Clean room and all areas where spotless !!"

"Friendly staff and delightful environment. Would stay again!"

"Very helpful staff, lovely room and great breakfast"

"Rooms are good. A comfy chair in the room would be good. TV stations are very limited. Disabled bathrooms in rooms have high toilets and high wash hand basins and out of reach taps. No shower curtain so you could spray the room. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Room service is at extortionate prices, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Swimming pool disabled changing room has no lockers, unlike the men/women changing rooms. The pool is full of unsupervised kids jumping into the pool....
