"Breakfast was good and the rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The only thing that was a bit challenging was getting up to the room with my luggage. Although there was an elevator, there were several stairs to navigate to get to my room. I loved that the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the Victoria Station and many shops."

"In this trip, we went to three different hotels and Park Plaza was the best one. From checking-in, all staff were very helpful, to getting to our hotel room which was very huge and all features were automatic, to checking out and asking for cab, the hotel was clean and smells good everywhere. my family loved staying there. We are not familiar with the hotel name when I booked it but it exceeded our expectations!!!"

"Me and my wife stayed here last night and I don’t have one bad word to say about this hotel. It’s clean, modern and all the members of staff were amazing. The members of staff from our check in, to us coming back late and also checking out it was just nice and easy and everyone was happy and friendly. The location is perfect, and we were just super happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning and thank you to the staff who were absolutely brilliant. See you guys soon."

"It was so nice. You don’t check on site, but another hotel and they walked us down to the site. To get from Heathrow Airport we didn’t want to take Paddington line, we took Piccadilly to green park and the got on Victoria line. Exiting at Victoria station by Wicked. We retuned to Heathrow by the Victoria station to green park then Piccadilly make sure you get on right train for correct terminals. Not all trains go to 4 and 5. It was a great stay. 10/10😊"

"We were very surprised to see the size of the room, the pictures are false. I have been to London before and realize hotel rooms are not like the US, but I actually had to sleep with my suitcase on the bed. There was NO where to put it not even on the floor without literally taking a big step over. We survived and they did give us breakfast on the house. But the pictures have alot to be desired."
