"We had an issue with the tub drain the first night but after contacting customer service the second time we were given an upgraded room. The hotel is located in an area very close to Resturant, banking and shopping facilities which was a plus for us."

"I had no issues with this place beside for it being noisy. We were on the bottom level and could hear every single footstep and even conversations happening next door. "

"Staff is awesome place is clean and nice. Beds and blankets are beautiful and relaxing plush and i loved it. They provide waffles coffee orange juice bagels toast hot and cold cereal and the price is the same as the others that give less. Maids service if needed"

"All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Even had a nice little balcony/patio with chairs. TV is badly outdated, no smart casting or even a TV guide channel or guide button. Plenty of space in the courtyard/pool area for lounging. Parking space not included with room, something like $24 a day. Closest street parking I found was on Business Center Drive, everything else is a paid lot. "

"The staff will hold onto your luggage regardless if you aren't checked in or checked out for the day, that was very helpful. It was roughly a 5-minute walk to Disneyland which was awesome. :)"

"Served my needs perfectly! Comfortable, clean room. Great service. Fridge and microwave provided. 15 mins walk to Disney, 10 mins walk to the Convention Centre. Only downside, but doesnt warrant removal of a star, is that the water pressure is low, however I would definitely stay again!"
