"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort! It is a large property with clean, well-maintained grounds and comfortable, spotless rooms. The food, drinks, and entertainment were all very good, and we especially enjoyed the convenience and quality of the room service. As an Expedia VIP member, we also enjoyed the VIP treatment, which made our stay even more special. Having access to the sister resorts was another great benefit, especially since they have larger pools. We also loved the complimentary Hydro Spa — it was a wonderful way to relax and unwind. A special thank you to the wonderful team members who made our stay truly memorable. Maria Jose and Brayan at Reception were always helpful and welcoming. Thank you to Adela for preparing our welcome drinks and starting our vacation on such a lovely note. At Cielito Lindo, a big thank you to Laura, the hostess, for helping us with our birthday cake request, and to Anahi, Judith, and Roberto, our waiter, for their attentive and friendly service. Thank you as well to Miguel at the spa for making our experience so enjoyable. At the Italian restaurant, we truly appreciated the excellent service from Jesús, our waiter, and Vianey, the hostess. "Room was nice but had to get hottub cleaned.. it was gross. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful..a few just kinda ignored you or pointed you away . The breakfast buffet was decent on both resorts, but the room service and snack options were just not it. Beach bar was closed when we went. There is no full body mirror anywhere except the elevator that didn’t work the first night on the resort but was eventually fixed"
