"We stayed at the holiday inn for an overnight visit to york.. the staff were welcoming & friendly. We had booked a walk-in shower room as i am a mobility scooter user. When we got to the room it was smaller than what we had booked.. the staff apologised & very quickly sorted out a more accessible room it was well maintained.. We didnt eat in the hotel in the evening but had booked breakfast for the following day.. the food was plentiful.
