Lobby Cleanliness 9/10 (Probably the most upkept part of the hotel)
Pool Loungers 4/10. Pool 7/10 - the pools were big, but the tile felt slimey. Got the ickies towards the end. Beach view was really nice. Drinks were 9/10.
Buffet 5/10 - Food tasted a day old and bread was stale. The fruit was fresh but everything else was mid. The tables and chairs were super dirty and stained, i mean at least get new covers. The restaurants in the hotel were super mid and furniture...

"The spa was beautiful and relaxing. Pools were nice. We spent most of our time in preferred pool. The staff in hotel are all wonderful. Our butler, Andre was great. Pool concierges, Irving and Abraham were awesome in helping with pool chairs.
