"The staff was friendly, but when we got to our room, there was no air-conditioning. We made a complaint and they offered us a fan and it was still way too warm so we asked to move and they put us in yet another room with no air-conditioning. We also heard another guest say there was no air-conditioning in their room. They have split units in each room, but apparently they are not working. Beware!"
