"100% self check in which is not so great when you have an issue with your reservation and there is nobody to help. Once on my room floor, there was a series of steps you have to lug your luggage up and down in order to get to my room. Not so fun when you're by yourself with a large luggage."

"Fantastic budget hotel located in a vibrant neighborhood close to public transit and to the main touring sites. Extra charge for breakfast upon request. Noise from the street in noticeable when the windows are open. We stayed in a room with 3 separate bed which was surprisingly spacious but dated. Not only did the room had no air conditioning but the building itself so beware coming during the summer months. The room had towels except facial towels. Great hotel service from the front desk...
