"Hotel hardrock sangat cocok untuk keluarga, banyak activity untuk anak, nyaman dan ramah"

"Better than i expected. The best things here are the pool(s), closeness to airport and shops etc, good prices for food and drinks. Also a good family atmosphere. Rooms are comfortable but old. They need to update the old press pads for lights. All are completely worn and a lot of ours didn't work."

"Great location, helpful staff, great breakfast. Rooms are clean. Please please provide more sun lounges, There are never enough :("

"I had a great stay at Sheraton! All the staff were really nice and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet was amazing! I absolutely want to come back in the future!"

"Hotel bergaya oriental dengan pemandangan sawah yang asri. Sangat bersih karena baru dibangun satu tahun lalu. Hening dan jauh dari keramaian, walaupun kami datang saat peak season tahun baru. Sayangnya, kolam renang kecil sehingga hanya sedikit kamar dengan pool akses. Padahal area tersebut adalah best spot hotel. Loads of activities offered at hotel like Pilates ,yoga , aquarobics , bike hire and stretch classes. Highly recommend."

"My family very very happy, its a nice hotel and resort with a lot of family facilities, near from the beach "

"This hotel is amazing. Everything was perfect. Make sure to book a room with ocean view on the 2nd or 3rd floor, it makes a big difference. Breakfast is brilliant and less busy around 10am. Buffet and order from menu. The adult only pool is the best I’ve ever seen."

"Overall, our stay had some positive highlights, particularly the excellent staff and a very enjoyable breakfast experience. However, there were several issues that affected our comfort. We encountered a problem with the air conditioning, and there was water leaking from the bathroom ceiling, which initially made the room feel unclean. Although the staff attended to it and the leakage eventually stopped, the issue was not handled as efficiently or thoroughly as expected. Additionally,...

"Service is good, location perfect for walking distance to any restaurant, shopping area also near by"
