"We always stay here our first night in Cancun/Playa Del Carmen. It is a quiet little gem with its own restaurant. The food is OK, but the atmosphere is idyllic. My only complaint is the recent automation of checking in. I don’t have service once I get to Mexico so obtaining the code to access the hotel and our room is a bit of a hassle."

"We wanted a “cheap” place to stay the night near the airport before flying back home, and this place did the trick!
Pros:
Patricia was extremely helpful helping us solving issues calling for us using her phone, answering many of our questions, thank you so much!
Kids loved the pool, shared with few other guests.
Could improve:
No refrigerator
Quality of bed sheets, bed cover not staying in place,
Heard other occupants until late in the night arriving
Less desirable:
No restaurant nearby...

"I always try to be fair when I put reviews. We picked this hotel based on reviews and distance from the airport, as well there were only few choices available around the airport.
read the reviews when I was booking, the firts ones very nice and high scores.
Sadly, I got the worse rooms, beds, air conditioning… To be honest I think I was scammed; the pictures shown in the internet don’t match with the rooms I saw.
I traveled with my husband and two daughters, the first room assigned smelled...

"Everything was as you would expect.
The club… is it worth it? Just about, but we didn’t eat there for dinner - no atmosphere.
Things to be improved:
1. Allowing people to leave their towels on a sun lounger who then disappear for 1/2 the day.
2. The parasailing company that operates next to the hotel on the beach - they drive their jet skis way too fast and way too close those in the water.

"We had a really nice stay overall, especially considering the price and what you get with the all-inclusive package. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered a great value for the experience.
One thing I do want to note (because it caught me by surprise) is that while room service is technically included, there is a $15 delivery fee, per order. It’s not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of so you can plan accordingly.
