"Found you can check in here ok in the daytime staff very friendly helpful stored our luggage before check in & after no problems, we had a twin but was in the basement had a window no view just outside stairs & tarpaulin gave privacy did open window as room was too hot for us! But didn’t keep it open all night for security did turn off rad in room helped but was still hot all night which was our only issue! bathroom showers shampoo conditioner hand wash all lovely towel rail was on all the time hence the heat closed bathroom to help! Beds comfy tv all good But a lovely touch had bowl of fruit biscuits fresh ground coffee teas but not many milks I’m sure if I’d have asked would have got some though but was shattered, Breakfast was lovely we had full English vegetarian & normal but adapted for my liking! Plus usual cereal yogurt juice only thing u have to book your 30mins time slot day before Overall is stay again even in basement room "

"Handily-located with its own co-located car park, the hotel was a perfect place to stay for a midweek visit to the city. The hotel has evidently had a modern interior makeover at some point and features interesting contemporary décor throughout. Our comfortable twin room had everything we needed for a short stay and at a decent price. Whilst English staples are available, the in-house restaurant majors on Indian cuisine and our butter chicken was delicious. Car parking for guests is £19 for 24 hours at time of writing and this was a very handy amenity as it allowed us to leave the car safely stashed away after checking out whilst we visited the University during the day. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere helped make this a great stay. "

"This is an excellent place to stay in Clifton Village, with fantastic cooking facilities. My only criticism is the lack of a double lock inside the room. On a previous stay, a cleaner entered my room - and this made me feel anxious - as there was no method to say - do not disturb - or to internally lock my door."
