"Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. "Nice one night stay in the hotel which is well situated for the city down the hill. Room and bathroom a decent size and tidy. Useful guide to Bath mag in room. Car park holds decent number of cars on site which is very handy. Very good cooked breakfast cooked to order. Building is attractive and has a bar though did not use that. Would recommend it"

"The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and towels were very plush. The bus stop at the bottom of the hill was also very convenient to get into the centre of Bath."

"The highlight was the breakfast which could be improved a light further by lowering the volume of the background music to be less intrusive, removal of cobwebs and the staff being quieter when clearing and setting tables. The room was good, quiet and warm though the bathroom would have benefited from a shelf for toiletries. The room we were in had no windows, which probably kept the sounds levels down, and was at the top of two flights of stairs. The property is within easy reach of Bath...

"Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!"
