"When we arrived at 5:30 pm the maid had not cleaned the room yet. Pool was not operational, broken closet door hanging half off. It seemed the property is neglected."

1. The soap is empty.

"I would not recommend this property. We booked a 2-bedroom condo, but what we received was actually one bedroom plus a extra room out side of one bedroom condo which is misleading and does not match the listing.
The condo was also not clean upon arrival, which made for a disappointing first impression.
To make matters worse, it was very difficult to get in touch with the property management when we needed assistance. Slow or unavailable communication made resolving the issues...
