"Pricey but very convenient location "

"My husband and I enjoyed Vira Bali. It was close to so much in Kuta. The airport pickup service was awesome. The king sized bed was nice and cozy. We had a great message after our flight. Breakfast was delicious and the property was well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Staff members were friendly and they tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The facilities are not up to par to what the hotel pictures show on Expedia. We were going to leave the first room we were given because it had a musty odor, moldy restroom, and rat poop droppings along the floor. We were going to leave the premises, but the staff asked if we wanted to stay in another room. The other room had just been cleaned though I did my inspections to see if it was safe to stay. The hotel is surrounded by shut down businesses so there’s nothing available nearby except a 7 Eleven. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. "

"Hotel was perfect for our stay...Staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were great and also great to have TV services including Netflix, Disney, YouTube etc. Didn't really use the bar and the breakfast was fine but would've expected to have more western staple options including mushrooms, Pastries, cereals and weren't sure why the bacon was being hidden away under the egg station so noone knew it was there. Otherwise it was ok but i found i only had eggs and toast and sausages each day. Was the only downside to our stay but not a major."

"We had 3 rooms booked for 5 nights for 2 families with kids. 2 rooms where ready on time and 1 room was given to us 1.5h passed the 3pm check-in time. When we entered the rooms all rooms had a dampness smells to them when we mentioned it to stuff they couldn't do anything about it. One room had mushrooms growing in the bathroom which was unacceptable and also me and my family was etching throughout the all stay I believe we where bitten by something in the room. When we mentioned all this to the management absolutely nothing was done about, the only thing that was offered was the late checkout from 12noon to 3pm. We paid top dollar for those rooms and this hotel but our stay was very horrible, we will never stayed there again."

"The service was exceptional and the facilities were excellent. We just didn’t enjoy the loud wedding ceremonies. There were three ceremonies during our two-week stay, and their duration was three days each. Additionally, the adult pool was used by families with children. However, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality.""
