"I turned up two and a half early for check in and Craig did his upmost best to get me in straight away which I gravely appreciated, he was very professional and helpful. I then had a general question about parking and Denise was extremely helpful and even sighted me up as a member and to my surprise I was able to access the perks at that very moment, again she was professional and did everything to make my stay easy. My room was clean with a very good shower with all dove toiletries. Bhagwan was great and gave a two pm checkout. I used my 20% off voucher for food that Denise gave me and the food was amazing. I will defiantly stay again! "

"Room was spotless and very spacious. The room look like it’s been freshly decorated to a nice standard Big modern bathroom with a shower and a bath. Lovely location. The hotel overlook a common it’s just a short walk to train station and the Lovely little town with plenty of restaurants and cafe’s. Staff fantastic. A big shout out to the dining room staff for their organisation and how quickly they seat you. Breakfast was delicious. Fab hotel. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff was amazing! Having to change where you stay in the middle of a trip is extremely stressful. The staff went above and beyond to make the change as smooth as possible. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. Would definitely stay with them again! Thank you so much!"
